Riders competiting in BCCTRA Sanctioned Competitive Trail Rides must be aware of and abide by the rules of the association. These rules have been developed since the start of BCCTRA and are refined as we learn more about how to provide safe, fair and challenging events for riders.
A copy of these rules will be available at all rides but it is the responsibility of all riders (members and non members of BCCTRA) to be fully familiar with them. A copy of the rules is available for download on this page.
For those interested in proposing a new rule or a rule change, BCCTRA has a process in place to do so. Fill in the rule proposal form on the download section of the BCCTRA website and submit to the Rule Caretaker by June 30th. When ready, they will be provided to members for voting at the fall AGM for the Association
